Refund policy
No Refunds
AIM have a no refund policy. Refunds are not allowed unless it is due to a merchandise defect. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and if it as been agreed your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. Any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
